Program

We are looking forward to a rich and diverse program at this Conference.  In addition to our three main study series and our two Memorial Meetings, we have a wide variety of activities.   These include a choice of attending four out of about 40 Elective sessions which include extended presentations, focused TED-style presentations, panel exchanges, discussion groups, devotional sessions, and musical and artistic workshops.  Some more details are on the website under Elective sessions.

The week will also include special activities for everybody, including an enthralling Sisters Afternoon, a Men’s Breakfast, and an exciting program of day outings.

A special program for children will provide exciting interactive learning and social activities, encouraging kids to find new friends and make strong connections while strengthening their Bible understanding. The teaching program will be supplemented with special outings and family events.

A scintillating musical program will inspire and nourish us spiritually, include performances in a variety of styles, an evening of praise and worship, music workshops, and a family musical.

The detailed program will be available closer to the Conference however, to assist attendees in their travel planning, here is some information on exactly when our Conference will start and end!

It begins on Saturday 11 April 2020 after lunch - with Registration and check-in from 12 noon.  This will be followed by a Welcome and Memorial Meeting at 3:00pm.  The Evening will be an “at home” where visitors will be invited to join local brothers and Sisters at their homes, while the Youth will have their own Dinner and social.
