Onsite Accomodation

 

 

Thanks for booking into the Adelaide 2020 conference.  It is shaping up to be a fantastic conference!

 If you haven’t considered accommodation yet, we can highly recommend the onsite accommodation at Westminster College.  Westminster has lovely new accommodation facilities only a short 300m walk from the main hall.  These rooms are situated in modern new buildings with an abundance of natural light towards the rear of the school. They are quiet and surrounded by lovely big gum trees.  There are a number of communal area where you are able to gather, have coffee, stay up late and chat.  We will have a small bus & a golf buggy to transport those who are mobility impaired. 

 

3 bedroom fully self-contained unit

Lovely self-contained units with a small garden out the front.  Perfect for families or a group of friends.  Each unit has three bedrooms (2 singles and 1 twin), open plan living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen (which can be used for cooking), bathroom, toilet and laundry.  These units are $55 per person per night for pensioners or $70 per person per night for a group of friends or $200 per night for a family. 

 

Please note Westminster will allow one extra child to stay in the unit (for an extra $10 per night) so it can sleep a maximum of 2 adults and 3 children – please bring your own mattress or airbed to put on the floor.  Linen is not included – see below.

 

Single and Twin Rooms

All rooms are carpeted and each have a window, one or two single beds, a desk, drawers and a cupboard.  Every room has its own air conditioner. There is bathroom shared between two rooms. 

  

Single bed rooms are $60 per night or $50 for pensioners.

Twin single rooms are $120 per night or $100 for pensioners.

Note linen is not included (see below).

There are five communal areas in these accommodation buildings full of natural light, lounge chairs, table and chairs for your use.  There is a toaster, fridge and microwave available for use.  Boiling water is available for tea and coffee.  Tea, coffee, sugar and foam cups will be provided but please supply your own milk, breakfast foods, crockery and cutlery.

There is a supermarket five minutes walk from Westminster if you need supplies.

 

Please note that no linen is supplied as standard to any of the onsite accommodation.  You can hire bedding, pillows and towels for the week for a flat rate of $50 per person or alternatively please supply your own.
